Have fun and learn something at the same time?! You can in the new Railway Museum. Discover the exciting history of the train with your whole school. The train has been an important means of transport in our society for nearly two hundred years. Because …. Imagine if we had never had any trains at all? Then the world really would look rather odd! On arrival everyone is given a ‘railway search’. Scratch the right answers to each of the questions and be guided through the museum. And we say ‘museum’, but have you ever been to a theatre performance in a museum? Or have you ever been on a real ‘dark ride’ in a museum? You can do all that here!

At lunch-time you can catch your breath with French fries, and then: run! To the play area. There are lots of things to do here too. Above all don’t forget to take a ride on the Jumbo Express. One thing’s for certain though: your teachers are not invited on the Jumbo Express. It is for children only…
