Reminiscence express by nostalgic train

Go back in time with the Mat'46, Mat '54, De Blokkendoos or De Blauwe Engel. These trains ran its last service in the seventies and eighties and will once again flourish just like then. The ride will take at least 40 minutes and will bring you to most scenic parts in Utrecht. This train will depart from the museum to Hilversum, and will finish the tour at the museum.
The trips take place on each final weekend of the month.

Attention: the train will not stop at the stations between the tour.

Admission
The tickets for this special attraction are for sale in the museum shop. The admission for children between the age of 3 and 12: €2.50 each
Admission from the age of 12 and up: €3.50 each

The trips will be performed per each tour by one of the following historical trains:
* Electric three-part carriage train Mat’24 type Blokkendoos dating from 1927 (176 seats)
* Electric two-part carriage train Mat’46 dating from 1952 (104 seats)
* Diesel electrical train Blauwe Engel (Blue Angel) dating from 1954 (73 seats)
* Electric two-part carriage train Mat '54 (Hondekop) from 1962 (120 seats)
