Accessibility

Please note: the car park has space for 200 vehicles and fills quickly when busy, so you may need to park elsewhere. Remember that there is a shuttle train service running between Utrecht CS and the Railway Museum.

The museum is only partially accessible for wheelchair users. World 3 is not accessible for wheelchair users. It also has a disabled toilet.

Domestic pets are not permitted in the museum
Photography with a tripod is prohibited.

The Jumbo Express starts driving children at 12.00h. The Jumbo Express will only drive when temperatures are above 2 degrees in winter.
