Winter Station 2024

Making a reservation is mandatory to visit Winter Station from 21rd December to January 5th. This is free of charge. If you already have a valid ticket, for example a Museum Card or VIP card, a reservation is also mandatory.

Tip: an off-peak ticket – entrance from 3:00 PM – only costs €10.00.

The entire museum is transformed in wintery atmosphers with Christmas trees, garlands, hundreds of lights and fun acitivities. The smell of poffertjes and oliebollen, outside the fires are burning where you can roast marshmallows.

All rides are also open in the museum. Journey through the history and future of the railroads in the award-winning attraction De Vuurproef. Visit the Hyperloop. And don’t forget to take a spin in the nostalgic merry-go-round.

During Winter Station the museum is longer open and has different opening hours than usual.

• December 21th-23rd: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• December 24th, 25th, 26th / Christmas: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• December 27th to 30th: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• December 31st / New Year’s Eve: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• January 1st/ New Year’s Day: 12:00 to 7:00 PM
• January 2nd to 5th: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
