House rules due to Corona
We want our visitors to feel safe in the museum. Therefore, we have explained what to expect on our house rules page. We ask you to read the information before entering the Railway Museum.
We wish everyone a safe and fun day out!
See below for the answers to frequently asked questions.

We adhere to the decisions and recommendations of the Cabinet and the RIVM. The guideline is the protocol of the Club of 11 (CvE) in combination with the protocol of the Museum Association (MV). The aim of the protocol for safe and responsible museum visits is that visitors can safely go out together in the museum and that volunteers, staff, and suppliers can safely do their work in the museum. The measures in the protocol are intended to prevent new infections with the coronavirus and to limit the consequences of the new virus without having to close museums again.
A visit to the museum is safe. We adhere to the guidelines of the national government, the RIVM, sector organizations, and the safety region:
we ensure that there is a distance of 1.5 meters between households;
we provide sufficient and clear information by means of signs, signposting and extra staff;
we provide extra hygiene measures by means of hygiene columns and extra cleaning work.
