Cigar holder

Black-and-gold coloured cigar holder shaped like a locomotive, circa 1890. Where the engine driver’s cab should be, there is a lever that can be pulled to snip the end off a cigar. This was most likely a piece of memorabilia made to commemorate the retirement or departure of a railway official.
