If you want to visit our museum: reserving a time slot is mandatory, even if you have a Museum Card, VriendenLoterij VIP Card, or another promotional ticket. Making a reservation is free and is possible in our online ticketshop.
You will receive your tickets and/or reservation by email. Please ensure your ticket is open on your smartphone the you visit the museum. Time slots can always be changed or canceled via the link in your ticket email. Purchased tickets remain valid for one year but cannot be canceled.

The Railway Museum is cashless. This means that visitors can only pay with a debit or credit card in the museum. Cash is not accepted, either at the ticket office, in the shop or in the restaurant.
How nice that you want to give a ticket to the Railway Museum as a gift. The best way to do this is to buy a physical ticket at our ticket office. If that’s not possible, you can order a gift ticket from our online ticket shop via this link. Please note: this is a separate ticket shop!
Your ticket will remain valid for one year from the date of purchase. Don’t forget to reserve a time slot for the day you plan to visit the museum. You can do this at a later date in our ticket shop.
