Lego Koploper
In 1953, the Danish toy company Lego introduced its trademark plastic building blocks, which can be used to create building and vehicles – and therefore trains as well. Sometime around 1955, Lego released a DIY model of the NS Koploper, which gets its name from its ‘walk-through head’.
